Evening:
Bike - 1 hr at the crit loop - 7x1/2 lap hard 1/2 lap medium
Swim - 3200 yds with Riptide

My first [successful] trip to the crit loop, and now I realize I need to do it a lot more. Long rides are great and all, but workouts like today are what will help me race well.

Felt a bit knackered during the swim and ended up cutting it short (was supposed to be 4700). I've swum a lot this week and my arms are definitely feeling it. That being said, I am happy to announce that for the first time ever I am getting arm muscles. If you look closely enough, they're there.
