Swim: 2200 yds with Riptide
Bike: Crit loop - 4 hard laps
My legs are not ready for anything hard just yet. The crit loop was really hurting. Coach Jones wanted 6 laps at TT effort with 2 minutes between, but all I could muster were 4. My legs were just knackered.
