Morning: Bike - 75'

Road into work via the Bear Creek and Platte River paths. There's something so satisfying about riding to work. If I could get Gulliver to sit in one of those chariots that attaches to the back, I'd do it regularly but, that's not about to happen anytime soon.

Evening:
Swim - 2000m @ the Gravel Pond
Run - 40' w/ a little tempo thrown in for a mile or so

Swam two laps of the buoys and then practiced starts with Riptide. Practicing starts was a lot of fun, even if I trailed everyone by a ways, and something that probably can't be practiced enough. After a quick transition, took off for a 30 minute run and then added on a bit with Jordan and Pete. For the first time since the marathon I felt good while running and not like an awkward beat-up mess slugging along.
